Are there laundry facilities at the condo?

There are paid washers and dryers located on the first level of the complex. You can use them by paying through the app or by purchasing a laundry card from the HOA office. Detergent is provided in the closet for your convenience.

Is the condo pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Yes, we provide fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels, and extra blankets for your comfort.

What kitchen appliances and essentials are provided?

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. We also provide cooking utensils, pots, pans, crock-pot, blender, hand-mixer and basic spices.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the condo?

Yes, we provide high-speed private Wi-Fi throughout the condo to keep you connected during your stay.

Are there any restaurants within walking distance?

Yes, there are several fantastic dining options in the Harbor which is about a 10 minute walk. Many options located down by the Pier which is a 20 minute walk.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

Yes, there are several grocery stores and convenience shops within a 10 minute drive where you can stock up on essentials for your stay.

Can you recommend any family-friendly attractions?

Absolutely! Families can enjoy the nearby Legoland, Sea World, Wild Animal Park and sand castles on the beach.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged upon request, depending on availability.

How do I check the availability and book a stay?

You can check availability and make a reservation through our 'Book Now' page. Simply select your dates, number of guests, and submit your booking request. We will respond to you either with a phone call or email

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, we require a security deposit which will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
